I’m Donnie

We're constantly inundated with messages about physical decline in middle age. It's a narrative that suggests once you reach 40, discomfort and deterioration are inevitable, urging you to resign to a sedentary lifestyle. As a middle aged woman, I've heard this sentiment countless times from those older than myself. 

But here's what I know: while your middle-aged body is different from what it used to be, you can cultivate a resilient body that allows you to pursue what matters most as you continue to age. No need to spend hours in the gym - small amounts of effort over long periods of time add up to big changes. 

Since starting to professionally help people reclaim their active lives, I have discovered the power of a process where education, mentoring and movement all combine for the most holistic approach to guiding each individual to their goal.

Schedule your free discovery call! This call is for me to see if I'm a good fit to help you. We'll ask each other questions, and I'll answer yours. If I'm the right person for the job, we'll book an in-person or online meeting through Zoom. If not, I will refer you to another trusted professional nearby.

Free Consultation

During your free consultation, we'll review your goals, check your range of motion along with other assessments, provide helpful information, and start creating a personalized plan to achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

Assess

During your first 2-4 weeks, we'll work together one-on-one to develop a functional diagnosis, establish success metrics, and create your personalized exercise plan.

Develop

During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together to build your confidence and proficiency in four essential areas:

  1. Performing movements safely, effectively, and efficiently
  2. Understanding and interpreting exercise programs
  3. Enhancing lifestyle factors that directly influence achieving your goals
  4. Grasping the primary principles of (company or end result clients are after)and the fundamentals of recovery, capacity, and exercise

Ascend

Once you've attained freedom of movement and no longer require one-on-one sessions, you have the option to continue with personalized sessions or transition to remote coaching. In remote sessions, you'll follow your customized program at your convenience, wherever you prefer. This phase includes monthly mentorship meetings with me to track your progress, cover important educational topics, and make adjustments as necessary.

Freedom

Once you've reached your initial goals and mastered the path to success, I believe you've earned the Freedom to chart your next journey. Whether it's maintaining your achievements or preparing to conquer Mount Everest, this phase empowers you to customize programs to suit your needs and reclaim your physical independence.

Training SMarter!

"Working out was always how fast and how heavy I could lift. Always training for a competition! It was exhausting, felt guilty if I couldn’t do it.
